    A multi-defendant preliminary hearing which lasted several days in Riverside County, People v. Ross Cornell, RIF2201190 and concluded on May 12, 2023. This involved a ten-count complaint concerning allegations of fraud in the filing of American Disability Act lawsuits. This case extensively involved the Supremacy Clause, First-Amendment Immunity, and Exclusive Federal Jurisdiction issues related to the American Disability Act. At the conclusion of the preliminary hearing all counts were dismissed.
