Title IX Defense
After a 250 day battle with the Title IX office at Washington University in Saint Louis where our client was accused of sexaul assault and physicial abuse, all counts were dismissed. This case involved voluminous discovery, motions, and written responses that proved effective in a complete dismissal of all charges as the allegations were proven to be false by our defense team.
